Biography

Jose is originally from Portugal, been living in Denmark for 10 years, where he did his Master and his PhD and has been working in Accenture for over 5 years now. In the last 3 years, he has been leading the DevOps practice in Accenture Denmark, helping bringing the DevOps practices and tools to their clients.

DevOps in the Enterprise: My Experience at Accenture

In this presentation, Jose will share what he has learned in the last years working in the DevOps area with big enterprises at Accenture. He will argue for why Agile and DevOps practices are so important, why it matters for software developers, will share some of the Agile and DevOps lessons that he has learned until now, and will also discuss some anti-patterns. Finally, he will take you through some real life examples to show you some of the DevOps work that he has been doing.
