Biography

Liviu stepped up for an IT career some 14 years ago, and became a full-time Business Analyst back in 2011. The projects he worked on cover various domains from education to betting, with a last stop of about 2 years on payments industry. He thinks that sharing is important for the community, so he published articles and spoke about Business Analysis activities and tools in the last 3 years in TSM and @Balkan Business Analysis Conference, iTake un-Conference, Code Camp, Romanian Business Analysis Conference.
Most of the time he worked with Agile methodologies, namely SCRUM and Kanban, with different flavors in different team and client set-ups.
